Troop 680 members are guests of the RB Community Church. Scouts should not play on the grounds before or after a meeting. If a Scout decides not to participate in any game/activity during the Troop meeting, he is to remain inside working on rank advancment and merit badges.
Scouts should treat nay place the Troop meets with respect and should report any accidental damage and pay for it. Scouts should leave campsites spotless even when that means cleaning up other people's messes.
SCOUTS TAUNTING OR PHYSICALLY "PICKING ON" OTHERS WILL NOT BE TOLERATED. The offending Scout(s) will immediately be asked to leave. Repeated occurances will be cause for removal from the Troop.
FOOD, DRINKS, BALLS, SKATEBOARDS AND OTHER "TOYS" ARE NOT TO BROUGHT INTO A TROOP MEETING unless they are part of the planned program.
The Class "A" uniform is to be worn at all Troop Meetings unless specifically stated otherwise by the Senior Patrol Leader or Scoutmaster. Troop 680 T-shirts (or BSA uniforms) will be worn to and from all outings. NO SHIRTS-NO OUTING.
The BSA Handbook, paper and pencil/pen will be brought to all meetings.
The Troop meeting before an outing will be used for final planning and preperation for the outing. The remainder of the time will be for patrol meetings/activities/program. Permission slips and any fees MUST be turned in at this time, unless an extension is approved byt the Scoutmaster or Trek Leader.
Equipment NOT ALLOWED at meetings or activities include sheath knives and audio equipment or ANYTHING objectionable at the Scoutmaster's discretion. "If you think its wrong, it probably is!"
The personal property of a Scout IS HIS personal property, and no other Scout has the right to abuse, deface, ruin, or destroy another's belongings. "If it isn't yours, leave it alone."
A Scout is to be well behaved at all scout activities and to listen to and obey his youth and adult leaders, as well as other authority figures. This is true no matter where, what, or who is in charge.
On outings, the Trek Leader is responsible for the safety of all. What the Trek Leader says goes no matter when, who, or what. During campouts, there is no "sagging" of tents or mischief to any other Scout deemed offensive to that Scout. Any "games" played on or by anyone must be with permission of each person; no "gang ups" or "water fights", etc. on non-participants.

If there is a third occurence, the parents and the Scout will have to apppear before the Troop Committee and outline a corrective action program or the Scout will be asked to leave the Troop.
