Recycling Program Newspaper, Aluminum & Plastic What is the Recycling Program? On the second Saturday of every month, rain or shine, Scouts from Troop 680 pick up recyclable newspapers, aluminum cans, and plastic bottles. We collect from select neighborhoods and business in Rancho Bernardo and Poway.
Why does T680 have a Recycling Program? The Scouts perform this community service to increase the awareness of recycling and in turn receive funds for the value of the materials to help pay for Scouting activities and equipment.
